The Lawyer’s Voice Pty Ltd is registered as a private company with its Head Office situated at 74 Kerk Street, 4th Floor Inner Court Building, Johannesburg, and it is trading under the name and style of the “The Lawyer’s Voice”. The company started its operations in 1997 and is wholly black owned. The company was established by Mr. Gideon Phungula who holds two law degrees being, B. Proc degree and Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) obtained from the University of Natal-Durban. He is an admitted Attorney of the High Court; a Conveyancer; a Notary Public.

He also holds a Master Degree in Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa. He further completed a course in Corporate Governance and strategic Management with the same institution. His strengths include strong legal experience, analytical, networking and communication skills, combined with great leadership skills.

His rare combination of skills is displayed by his multidisciplinary abilities as a Lawyer, Professional Entrepreneur and a church leader.

Aside from being an accomplished young Lawyer and ambitious business man. He has held the following positions:

• The Non-Executive Director in the Board of the South African Quality Institute (SAQI)
• SABS-General Manager – Group Legal Services.
• The Managing Director of The Lawyer’s Voice (Pty) Ltd.

Mr.Phungula and his management team have grown the company from one office operation to 17 (Seventeen) offices which are situated in various provinces countrywide. It has expanded across other African countries and it is operational in Lesotho and Mozambique.

The company has a team of 27 (twenty seven) experienced, highly qualified lawyers and motivated professionals who have diverse knowledge and skills gained from a wide spectrum of professions, sectors and fields. The team is indeed the organization’s invaluable asset.
